Programming takes place at SXSW during the Sports, Tech, & Venture Brunch. Our mission is to help sponsors make data-driven purchasing decisions to maximize results from their investments into events.

This year at The Sports, Tech, and Venture Brunch, during SXSW we're giving tech communities the chance to pitch their upcoming 2025 events to sponsors and event-goers!
Each group will have 4 minutes onstage to present and 2 minutes to answer questions or respond to feedback from our guest panel of corporate partners.
Events that focus on the following are invited to pitch:
Founders & CEOs | Coders & Devs | Diversity & Inclusion
Deadline to apply: February 20
Presenters notified: February 25
Eligible communities must have a history of hosting tech events, previously worked with corporate sponsors, and have an up -to-date sponsor deck to present onstage.

10:00 am: Brunch Cuisine, Open Bar, Music, and Connecting
Enjoy a delicious brunch spread, make new meaningful connections, and grab a drink from the open mimosa bar.
11:00 am: Sponsor Ready Pitch Presentations
Watch as 6 tech communities that focus on founders, devs, and inclusion from the midwest and beyond introduce their upcoming events to corporate sponsors onstage.
11:45 am: Being Corporate Sponsor Ready
Learn what it means to secure, benefit, and leverage event sponsorships from top executives who have successfully served corporate sponsors.
12:30 pm: Open Bar, Music, and Connecting
Reflect on the conversations had and make new meaningful connections while enjoying a drink from the bar.
