Microsoft Sponsorship Offer for Community User Groups
Microsoft is excited to partner with Plain Sight to support community-driven user groups and meetups. Together they are offering sponsorships of a user group meetings where participants can dive into Microsoft's AI offerings, share knowledge and collaborate on innovative projects. Developer Communities
Microsoft enables and supports developer communities who want to keep their members up to date on the latest Microsoft technologies including AI & Copilot, Azure Cloud, .NET, and developer tools & languages. User Group or Meetup Leaders who want to showcase Microsoft technologies may be eligible to have their food and beverage cost sponsored at their in-person meeting in which Microsoft designated technologies are covered.
Offer is currently only available in North and South America.
Sponsorship Criteria
User Groups are eligible for food & beverage sponsorship according to program criteria at a rate of $15 USD per in person attendee, with a limit of $750 USD per meeting. Alcohol excluded. Limit is inclusive of all taxes and fees. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Each Group Leader must choose to present from one of the following content-in-a-box topic repos: Azure AI | Copilots | Best of AI @ Ignite | Season of Agents | GitHub Copilot

Sponsorship Recipient Details
Recipients are required to send an invoice with preferred payment method, itemized receipt and outcomes report within 30 days post-event to receive reimbursement that includes:
- Number of registered attendees
- Number of actual attended guests
- Photo of event with Microsoft content displayed
Sponsored F&B will be reimbursed within 30 days of itemized receipts and reports being verified.
